Be foodwize series | What's on your plate | 14th March, 2026
Every day we put together a plate of food. But in a world of instant meals, 10-minute delivery, unlimited restaurant options and unending food trends our choices often become a trade-off between taste, health, convenience and health. Does really have to be this complicated? Join us in to explore how you can put your plate together everyday.
This is an interactive workshop with Dr Megha an Associate Professor, Centre For Ayurveda Biology and Holistic Nutrition at TDU. She has completed her Phd in Biochemistry and Structural Biology from Stony Brook University, New York. Dr Megha's areas of expertise include public health communications, early life malnutrition, Ayurveda dietetics, nutrition science. She is passionate about educating people and equipping them to make better decisions about food.
The Be foodwize series is a space we have created to have deeper, more honest conversations about food. Not just want we eat, but where the food comes from, who produces it, who has access to it and how food is shaped by policy, power and our everyday choices.
