यह वेबिनार वन गुज्जरों की पारंपरिक समझ को प्रस्तुत करेगा, जो एक Pastoralist समुदाय हैं। जिम्मेदार चराई और जंगल से मिलने वाले संसाधनों का उपयोग करके ये जंगलों को संजोते हैं और अपनी आजीविका चलाते हैं। अमीर हमज़ा बताएंगे कि उनकी भोजन संबंधी परंपराएँ प्रकृति के प्रति सम्मान पर आधारित हैं, जो शहरी उपभोक्ताओं के लिए प्रेरणा बन सकती हैं। अमीर हमज़ा एक सम्मानित युवा नेता और वनाधिकार कार्यकर्ता हैं। वे अपने समुदाय के लिए सम्मान, पहचान और आजीविका की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने का काम करते हैं। अपनी सशक्त कहानियों के माध्यम से वे परंपरा और प्राकृतिक संतुलन बनाए रखने वाले जीवन जीने की प्रेरणा देते हैं।

A conversation about the Future of Food, Innovation & Planet | 27th November, 2025

The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is one of the longest running initiatives by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. To mark its 10th edition this year, the Consulate General of Italy in Bengaluru and foodwize present “A Conversation on the Future of Food: Health, Innovation, Planet” on 27 November 2025 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Library Hall, Bangalore International Centre, Indiranagar.

With practitioners and scientists representing diverse dimensions of the food system, this conversation will shine a light on how sustainable food models are critical to human and environmental health and the growing need for innovation in food practices across the length and breadth of the food system.
