We are a team of highly experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and capabilities and significant work experiences in India and abroad. We are bound by our shared vision for the future of food and hence, the future of our world. We have extensive depth in food systems and food cultures, transformation, leadership, strategy and development, experience design and media and communications. We work with a network of diverse collaborators. 

We are bringing this collective experience together, to strengthen food producing communities, enhance access to good food and preserve our food cultures.

Priya Joshi


Priya is a leader with more than twenty years across industries and deep experiences in organisation strategy, transformation and capacity development.  She understands diverse food cultures, contemporary food systems and their impact on social and economic issues. Priya is an engineer and an alumna of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Italy.

Srijata Sengupta


Srijata is an expert in transformation, strategy and development. She has spent twenty five years building and growing strong organisations. She is accomplished at bringing innovation in experiences and systems. Srijata is passionate about the development of people and communities. She is an advocate for equality and responsible business.

Priya Bala

Advisor and Collaborator

Priya is a journalist, writer, chef and curator. She is a respected and renowned food critic in Bengaluru. She is also the author of several best selling food guides and books. Priya runs Yo Colombo, an authentic and sustainable Sri Lankan cloud restaurant. She cares deeply about quality, taste, provenance and responsible practices in the food and beverage industry.
